Protection mods for realism
Protection gear is a visible part of a modern motocross rider. Creators publish detailed chest protectors, neck braces and armor with realistic materials, plus paints that match leading brands and team colors.
These mods are popular for race replays and video content where rider details are visible. Many listings include several colorways so you can match your jersey.
Choosing protections
Check which rider model the protection fits and whether it replaces or adds to the default equipment. Screenshots from the side and back help you judge how it looks on the rider.
What to check before you buy
- Does it fit your rider model?
- Are multiple colorways included?
- Is the neck brace a separate model or part of the kit?
- Are PSD templates available?
- Do screenshots show it in motion?
Protections FAQ
Do protections affect crashes?
No. They are cosmetic and do not change physics.
Are brand-style designs allowed?
Only publish designs you made or have permission to use. Reported infringements are removed.
Can I request a custom color?
Ask the creator on Discord; many accept commissions.
